What an amazing store. I came last time with family and was very upset by the staff who was an elderly gentleman who was not blessed with and manners and a good personality. However I came this time and was so happy and satisfied with the staff who are there now. They went beyond their way to help and assist andade the process so much easier. Wil reccoment to family and friends.

Fantastic service great selection of tiles.i visited lots of tile shops none had the Fantastic selection of quality tiles Al-murad had I have visited Ashton store brilliant service. So save yourself time all others shops.All the staff Mohmadazhar and Jalal have always been friendly, professional and willing to assist.I would highly recommen the Manchester Ashton Almurad tile store.

Fantastic service at Al Murads, the tiles are really good quality and the price is great. I would recommend Al Murads for tiling. Customer service absolutely amazing.

Having been at this shop now twice. The staff at the main desk are in incredibly unprofessional and rude. The man told my two year old in my lap ?No shoes on the sofa?. Was abrupt, unkind and rude to myself and my husband. Have called the customer services at al-murad to flag this up. Completely opposite experience at the Stockport branch. Came in to return some tiles and the treatment we received was worst than criminals. The guy was stood smoking inside the shop, and we had sadly interrupted his pathetic pass time. Unreal in this day and age.
