Had a bath fitted. Good price and great service. There was a problem with fitting the new bath as the tiles did not come far enough down for the new one, not a problem for the fitter as he sorted the problem ?

Our kitchen was installed by A&S 18 years ago. From general wear and tear the integrated washing machine door had come off and a couple of the doors had dropped slightly.The remainder of the Kitchen still looked like brand new.Steve came round and rehung the door and realigned the other doors.Steve was professional, polite and proficient. I am very happy with the end result.Many thanks Steve.

I had a terrible experience with Affordable and stylish kitchen. We had done both Kitchen and bathroom with them. The work, products and the services were below expectations. All the works were done by third party contractors. Unprofessional work. Products were of poor quality. Had a major leak from the toilet and ended up repairing whole kitchen sealing. Waste pipe from the shower and wash basin was not connected to the main drain and the waste water ended on my back garden for several days. No final inspection or supervisions done by a professional before or after the completion of work. Finally after 5 months the whole toilet has to be replaced due to flush tank leakage.With regards to the kitchen installation, measurements and design were not done by a professional, therefore ended up in excess wastage of units and materials. The measurements of tall units were not done as requested. Lots of gap between corner shelves, ended up things falling off. Electric oven was installed to the middle of tall units, making it difficult to use for a person with normal height, well above the kitchen table height. Poor design.Cooking hob and shower tray supplied were not the same brand or specifications as agreed in the contract. Cheaper alternatives were supplied.They are very quick to get the payment in full but then when things go wrong, their service and accountability is shocking.Since we lost the trust in this company, we cancelled another work (toilet sealing repair) and it took months for a refund.We trusted this company and given the contact, thinking of supporting a local business . But we were let down with poor products and unprofessional work.I wish I went with a big company. I would never use them again or recommend.

On a recent purchase of a freezer for an elderly lady, I?d like to comment that Sue in customer service and the delivery guys were excellent. I would definitely use them again and give 10/10. Thanks for all your help

Unbelievable service, the team at affordable and stylish are super accommodating from start to finish, made me feel so comfortable with what my budget was, Megan was so helpful with the array of choices, my kitchen and flooring was complete in a week, to the highest of standards, the lovely plumber went above an beyond, Super Thrilled, Thankyou so much Sue and Adele, 100% recommend.

We bought a new fridge freezer from affordable and stylish. Got a great deal and was delivered on day as promised.Steve fit it perfectly and with professionalism and Iwould like to say that he is an exceptional chap, not just that he's brilliant at his job, but without prompting he repositioned our washing machine so it doesn't bounce any more and straightened one of our kitchen doors.You don't get service like that too often.Overall a five star experience.
