Matt from JD Terminal 2 Manchester Airport has restored my faith in humanity. Helping me try and locate lost property over the phone, he?s gone all round the airport speaking to different retailers etc to see if we can be reunited with our lost items.
Matt has been a massive help today, really do appreciate it!!

I usually don?t like to share a negative experience unless I?m really disappointed.
I found a 42 pounds tag on the discount section I went to ask if there is anything wrong with the shoes and they said is just the last size left. They bring the box and when I wanted to pay I heard 133 and after I asked why 133 when you can clearly see the 42 pounds tag and the answer was ?there is nothing wrong with them??. I asked them to check the price tag and they said ?yea but I can only offer you 10% discount?, after I asked why do you have a 42 pounds tag the answer was ? I?m sorry I can only offer you 10%?.
I am just disappointed as JD is a very popular and one of my favourite places for shopping!

If you are looking for some sports wear to take on your holidays then JD Sports might be worth a look if you are passing through Terminal 2 at Manchester Airport. The shop is not very big so they have a limited choice of clothes and footwear to choose from. They also sells sundry holiday items such as Sunglasses, gloves etc.

I was exciting when I originally found out that there would be a JD Sports in Manchester Airport's Terminal 2 ahead of my upcoming weekend in Barcelona, but having not flown from Terminal 2 for many years, flying from Terminal 3 for my last few trips visiting the likes of Rome and Paris. This store really disappointed me, which was down to the size and overall feel of the store, it was frankly tiny, as you walked in, there was basically no more to see which is a real shame because JD Sports has the potential to be an excellent, cool shop to have in the Terminal especially for holidaymakers who might have forgotten those extra items of clothing. There was a small range of football kits on sale, in few sizes from the likes of Manchester City, Arsenal, England (Selling both the white and blue kits and the old red one) and a small club called Manchester United. The staff here didn't seem too friendly or helpful which was a shame, which was uncommon for the rest of the Airport as a whole, most of the Airport staff and staff in other floors did seem rather friendly, so it was a real shame to see it wasn't the case in this store. The pricing was slightly overpriced, but I tend to find JD to be overpriced as it is, and it wasn't too much expensive than other stores, for example you could still pick up a new football shirt for £58 from the likes of England, Barcelona and Manchester City being sold at this price, albeit Manchester City now sell this season's shirt for under half of that price now, with the season close to coming to an end so failing to match, or go anywhere near this offer really is poor. Overall, this store really is poor mainly down to the overall feel and size of it, while also considering the service, I'd say to try and avoid this place and get all the stuff you need before you travel as this store might sound good on paper, but it frankly isn't.
