Low classic footstool with ball feet in teal velvet.Just 2 days after ordering the footstool it was delivered free of charge and was everything I had hoped for and more. The colour, design, and finish can not be faulted. Really pleased with my order and would not hesitate to use and recommend this Company again.

What a great experience it was ordering! I wasn't sure of a color as it didn't look right to me in the picture. I sent an email asking about it and was quickly responded to with a video of the color. I was also assured that if I didn't like it I could return it. I ordered the Oxford Footstool in Heather. It came the next day and it's perfect! There was also a handwritten thank you note thanking me for supporting a small family business as well as a sweet treat- a little packet of Viennese Cookies!I can't say enough about both- the quality of the product tad well as the quality of the service!

We were looking for a new lounge sofa and called here and what an experience it was. The surroundings are truly charming with many sofa's on display in wonderful settings. The lighting and layout make it a stress free event in selecting a pice of furniture. The sales personnel are lovely and do not pester you but leave you to look at your leisure. There are many sofa's designs to chose from and many different types of fabric.The best part is everything is built inhouse on site with English fabrics.It was truly a wonderful experience and you should go as the website does not do full justice to this company.Well Done to you.

We have just had curtains for the lounge/dining room made and fitted by New England and to say we are delighted is an understatement. From 1st walking into the showroom to Philip and his apprentice leaving our home has been 1st class. Thank you all so much.

I cannot recommend this family run business enough. I took advantage of a service they offer to help chose fabrics etc and create a mood board. Kimberley went about this task with the same attention and passion as if it was her own home. They made my suite, curtains and supplied my wallpaper, paint, tracks and blind. I?m absolutely thrilled and am looking forward to going back and using them for my next project.

Very professional friendly and helpful. We knew we wanted our suite recovering as it fits perfect in our home,but had no idea what material we wanted. Samantha was great and very patient as we went through lots of books. From picking the suite up to redelivering it back everything was excellent. They kept us informed. The suite looks fantastic. Thank you very much.

Hadn't progressed on a new sofa for 3 years as me & my partner couldn't agree. New England was recommended by a friend. Samantha was very helpful and patient, it still took us some time but we are very happy with the product. Delivery guys rang in the morning and were spot on time.

Didn't go to this place. Didn't even pass it. This is NOT a 1 star for New England, its a 1 star for google who are wrongly stating that i have been to places that i have not. Have shopped at New England in the past and was very pleased with my purchase. Sorry New England for the 1 star confusion.
