2 ladies, 1 who had gone off duty, came to rescue 3 feral kittens from neighbours garden shed. Absolutely brilliant, professional and caring.

A great place run by lovely people that provide a home for a wide range of animals who were, as you may have guessed previously in distress and in many cases help them to find their forever home.

Thank you Christina for answering the call to a woman in distress this afternoon over a dead baby blackbird. We did everything we could to save the precious little thing. It Tweeted happily for 1 night & 3 days as I fed him worms, small pieces of cat food, meal worms. Our neighbours cat dropped it in our garden & yes, I didn't even contemplate any underlying causes of death through injuries. It was bright & chirpy. This morning It was so weak & lifeless. He struggled to keep his eyes open.He died in my hands & it's very sad when you've mothered it.I have so much respect for people who put their heart & soul into saving wildlife.???

Walked past today and stopped to look at the view of the reservoir, however an elderly woman came out and told me to move on. I was quite astounded as to how nasty and unkind someone can be in these times when there was clearly no need to be... it?s a shame as I?ve been here before and the guy who showed us around was lovely, she should take some advice on how to speak to people from him.

Always loved visiting here. Staff are welcoming and show you around if asked. A lot of animals are free roaming during staff hours and staff say the animals are good at knowing the boundaries! Well worth a visit
