They are badly behind with prescriptions, but it appears other pharmacies are the same. A wait of at least a week or more. Not good when you need something urgently!

Just been to the pharmacy and a notice on the door saying they are having an extended lunch hour till 2pm. I have been ill all week and still feeling weak got myself there to pick a prescription up to have to come home again. Where is the customer care there?

Very long waiting times, staff is completely not interested in answering phone or serving people in pharmacy. They just ignore the queues, dont rush with anything.They look like work there was biggest punishment.

Never answer the phone, been trying to order my prescription all morning. Last resort will have to make the journey to order. Not a very good service.

Phone left to ring and nobody picks up. Tried to call at several points throughout the day with no luck so went into the pharmacy to order a repeat prescription. I queued up for 15 mins to order my prescription, and no doubt this will be the case when I collect said prescription on Thursday- if it?s ready by then. Staffing levels seem to be very poorly managed. Phone was working as I phoned it when in the queue. It was just ignored. Maybe if they amended their voicemail message to say their staff levels aren?t allowing them to accept calls today it might be a bit more customer focused rather than just ignoring it.

A belting little chemist with friendly staff. Can wait a few minutes to be served due to the fact that most of the staff are dealing with prescriptions behind the scenes. But apart from that, it is a good service.

This is not so bad of a pharmacy compared to how pharmacy?s go. The staff have been very helpful and nice to us.
