I ordered pizza meal deal tonight , 2 pizzas, garlic bread, 2 fries and 2 cans. Amazing value and amazing food. Brilliant customer service and friendly driver. Keep up the hard work guys!

We had used pizza parlour on and off quite a lot over 4 years or so,food used to be good and reasonable, the last time we had a delivery was over 5 months ago and won't be ordering again from here, the guy who answers the phone is surly, rude and abrupt. The last takeaway we had was absolutely disgusting, the toppings looked liked they were thrown on cheap tasteless toppings,the pizza dough was too thick and soggy,if I've had a burger the bun is soggy and falls to bits obviously cheap .the fries always turn up either limp or overcooked. I'm only posting this on account of a friend who has had similar issues. I feel sorry for the 2 delivery guys who are always chatty polite and friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a local pizza shop, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home.
Not only was the pizza outstanding, but the service was exceptional as well. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. They were more than happy to recommend their personal favorites and offer suggestions based on my preferences.
Overall, my experience at this pizza shop was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of delicious pizza, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere made for a truly memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a great slice of pizza.

I order from this takeaway at least twice a month my most recent order I made a mistake and put for collection instead of delivery when I realised I rang the takeaway and asked for them to deliver it and the way I was spoken to by the staff member was absolutely disgusting. This is a takeaway I ordered from regularly and they would?ve seen that the collection was a mistake. All they needed to do was go back over and see that it was all deliveries when I spoke to the gentleman he said to me well watch do you want me to do? It wasn?t my mistake it was your mistake when I apologise and explain that I was ill in bed and I couldn?t collect it. He told me my food was on the pavement and it would stay there until someone picked it up. That to me is not good. Customer service that to me is rude and I will not be making any more orders with this company.

I am a long time user of Pizza Parlour since my early childhood growing up in Walkden. Now I?m 25 years old. I remember us ordering from here since my early teens. I would say 9 times out of 10 this place is absolutely delicious with every food item on the menu. 9 times out of 10 everything is made fresh. I have had on occasion doner meat which had been pre-portioned up (I assume for somebody else who may have cancelled or, not collected, or maybe it was the last of what was on the skewer). I am a huge fan of Pizza Parlour but you have to mention the good with the bad. Only on very rare occasions they have disappointed. Usually it is 10/10. 5 stars for me. Nobody?s food business is perfect I suppose. YOU DEFINITELY CAN NOT COMPLAIN FOR THE PRICE!! It is cheap as chips and you get good quality and value for how cheap it is.
