The experience of selling a house is a very stressful process. Working with Stef made the process very easy indeed. He gave an honest valuation, did all the viewings and kept in contact with our solicitors. I would recommend the good estate agent if your selling your house.

Stefan has been fantastic from start to finish of our house sale. The photos taken for the sale were high quality and really showed the house off. It was a quick and easy process with a great sale price (over asking). Stefan is there for advice and is great at communication. Met with Stef as a friend referred me to TGEA after we had a really poor experience with Hunters. He's a genuine, decent, honest bloke who knows the area well and didn't promise the world, just let us know what to expect and what they would do. No big sell, just facts and trustworthy advice.Ignoring the fact that we had an offer through in just a few of weeks, which we were stoked with, the big difference with TGEA was Stef and Clare. Both were in regular contact all the way through the process from the moment we met. We always knew what was going on and they were as quick to update us with bad news as they were with good. Came away from every conversation feeling like they had a plan, and we were able to completely trust them.Would highly recommend them
