Friendly and professional family-based business. After I gave honest feedback on one viewing, Director Paul was thoughtful and responsive to point to another lead that was more suitable, therefore I came to visit with Ella the following day. The new property met exactly my requirements and I offered the asking price on the same day. Senior Sales Negotiator Jamie Williams was communicative, honest and reliable with processing the sale, and patient with the vendor considering the delays imposed by COVID-19. We got the sale done without problems. Will be a pleasure to do business with Sapphire again.

Greedy, horrible and patronising letting agents who prioritise landlords interests over anything else. If your a landlord looking to exploit a tenants privacy then consider using sapphire homes to manage your properties, otherwise avoid!!Uninterested when I asked a previous landlord to not have CCTV facing my entry on a property I rented as I didn't have access to the recordings, requests were not met and done anyway. Also uninterested when I informed them I'd been contacted by my provider to have my internet line taken over by another tenant (landlords family member) simply asked to inform them to have their own put in, again uninterested and was forced to WFH during pandemic using 4G WiFi routers at a cost of £105 a month to myself.Owners in particular are unbearable people to deal with.
