This branch is advertised as closing at 3pm called today 17th January at 2.40pm and was told by the cashier that I couldn’t deposit money at the counter because she had cashed up for the day and refused to let me deposit money also all the cash machines switched off so couldn’t deposit money in them !!!This is the worst... read full comment

Went into the Leigh branch of Santander with a query and received first class attention from one of the staff (Kaylie) was exceptionally helpfulShe his definitely an asset to the branch. Thank-you again Kaylie for understanding the problems of online banking of elderly costumers.

Machines not dispensing cash. The ladies behind the counter were working quickly to clear the queue. This is why you don't close down local banks!
