Well organised with nice wide aisles.Now has SmartShop so you can do your own scanning into your own bags which saves time.The range of vegetables and fruit seems to be somewhat reduced: could be seasonal but have noticed it during the summer as well.Of course there's the national/global problem of chocolate bars getting smaller but that's not Sainsbury's problem alone.

Really upset with this shop. Bought the wrong baby milk and came back inside literally a minute later after ringing my partner because the shop has terrible phone service. 3s or 4s Manager at the kiosk wouldn't exchange it for the right one. I'm fully aware baby milk is a high risk product but I literally had my receipt from a minute ago and would of been on CCTV at the front of the shop. How could in her words "anything of happened to it" cost of having a baby is a joke as it is. Really upset with this. Abit of common decency would of been nice. I'm not a person to cause a scene. But yes. Very upset.

Iam a bit of a newby to shopping and once I walked through some security electronic devices I realized I needed a basket the baskets were about 3mtrs from the barrier and the security guards ask me to go all the through the store and come back in again, not a very good start nevertheless I carried on with my shopping only to find the same security guard had followed me it made me feel uneasy and I didn't want to shop any further you had your shot I wont be using this store again ,shame !
