Visited this pharmacy in August & was offered a free blood pressure check. I would just like to comment how very helpful & professional these ladies are.They always seem very busy , but always have time for their customers. I have been using this pharmacy since they were in Sainsbury?s & it?s because of the friendly staff that made me travel the extra to Wigan Road. A big thumbs up to Rowlands ?

Went here last week to pick tablets up the lady did a blood pressure test it was very high they contacted my doctor everything sorted within a week very professional very polite just cant remember the ladies name but a massive thank you from me

They are too busy so no service really exists. Prescriptions take forever to be ready and if you go in with a paper prescription, they won't let you wait for it and want you to come back another say. Opening hours are also too short for working people.

Had a few crossed lines with the asian pharmasist the other day. She quickly dealt with my issue a very nice lady well presented lovely eyes professional throughout my visit great friendly team thanks again for your hard work and efforts during these troublesome times always greeted with a smile you cant see .

Amazing service go above and beyond if they can !!! Been today and staff was polite and helping even after they had a customer give them abuse as they wasn't served straight away !! This customer jumped que and gave abuse to me and another customer!! But the staff stayed polite even though they was serving someone else as she was constantly demanding her meds ... the female pharmacy and female staff that was running around trying get everyone's meds done ... mine wasn't ready but staff managed sort out my prescription a few mins before closing ...amazing ?This was Rowlands pharmacy on wigan rd leigh and this was today 4th June... the staff are always fantastic but these two female staff today are always helpful everytime I go in ,get my whole families monthly from there and they know me and always check all meds and remember allergies ??? had great service through lockdown aswel ...

GP sent a prescription over electronically, I called the pharmacy and spoke with a staff member called jo (very polite) she didn?t hesitate to offer me a collection service same day I was advised waiting times before attending due to Covid-19. On arrival I gave my name and a lady called Nikki she then handed me my prescription and politely asked me if I had time to speak with the pharmacist about my new medication. I spoke with the pharmacist Faaiza she was very polite and informative around the possible side effects of my new meds.Overall the experience I had was a positive one all the ladies were very polite. It?s lovely to see during this current climate. Keep up the good work ?!
