was delivered a pizza last night all the crust was cut off so idk what type of joke they was playing, then when we looked more at the pizza we realised not a single price added up its asif they stuck 3 different typed of pizzas together

Order took 2.5 hours to come (1.5 hours after delivery estimate time). No update from restaurant except when we rang, each time we rang they said 20-25 minutes and just kept saying that. Stated issue with drivers and the food has been ready for ages, no doubt will arrive cold, when it eventually turns up. Will never be ordering from here again.

Pizza was full of oil.... Box was leaking with oil. I mentioned to head office, they said it's natural oil from the toppings ??

Shocking service, I'm not going to rant, but they obviously don't have enough staff to fulfil the orders, pizzas not made correctly, items missing from delivery, guy at shop was apologetic but didn't really make up for being told I had to contact the website for refund, but chat not avaliable.Ordered 2 pizzas, one being a half and half, we took 2 items off and substituted them for 2 others, they took the original items off but didn't replace with substitute.Cookie dough was completely missing.
