Rude unhelpful staff. Definitely don't recommend....I needed my 76yr old grandmother's account closing, she was told to go in store, they told her to ring in with an attitude so she went home and called again for them to say go in store again. So I doubt you could help to.I went to her bank and stopped 4 direct debit from o2, she only had 1 phone from 2017. Shame on yall

Having problems with new O2 account. Went to Leigh shop on 3 occasions. What a waste of time. Fortunately the Customer Services who I contacted by phone were able to help and explain the problem.
