I'm afraid this branch is a bit of a letdown as McDonald's go. The branch seems more concerned with looking after the UberEats/JustEats orders much to the detriment of inbranch customers. This manifests itself in slow order completion. The staff in fairness are pleasant and the place clean. The food is adequate mostly but our order was short of two items.
It's two floors provide lots of seats and the toilets were clean. It summing the branch is suffering somewhat by the increase in online ordering services and could really do with addressing this.

I?ve eaten McDonald's for over 40 years. Yesterday @ the McDonald?s @ Leigh Parsonage Park I had the vilest food I?ve ever had. It was cold, the order was wrong & the service was embarrassing. I regret not complaining. However, they won?t be getting my money from now on !

The worst McDonald?s any time of the day sat here now at 9pm for 40mins a joke and I call in for a coffee in the mornings and no better very very poor service

From ordering to receiving the meals was 30 minutes. Order was on the ?collect? screen so long before being called that I checked the order on receipt and found the burgers cold and sent them back to be re-made. Ordered double Quarter pounder and was served a single Quarter Pounder so had to send it back again to be corrected. Fries jn the meantime were now also g out by cold?
Kitchen seemed to be in a state of chaos with many burgers sitting under the lamp in the chute and lots of drinks & ice creams sitting on a stand. McFlurry ice creams were sitting on a stand the entire time I waited so cannot imagine they were very frozen ?. Overall very disappointing experience.

absolutely ridiculous waiting time, first I put my order through waited 20 minutes for it not to have gone through and then I had to wait another 20 minutes for a puny little chicken burger. absolutely stupid and the staff didn't even know what they were doing. sort it out

The Twix coffee had obviously been standing a bit before we got it as the cream had gone. The burger also looked like it had been thrown together.
The floor staff was fabulous though.
There is also good access for wheel chairs with a lift to the first floor.
Parking: There is a large free carpark 3hr maximum stay
Wheelchair accessibility: Very good access there is even a lift to the first floor

Over 20 mins to get 5 cars through the drive through, nobody out front apart from one person appearing after a few mins to pack a JE order.

sorry but half the workers here actually need a hearing aid and some glasses from spec savers. DO NOT get this McDonald?s when on uber eats or any delivery place. it will come stone cold 99% of the time. what sense does it not make when i say PLAIN DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER. not a double burger with NO CHEESE but everything else (ketchup, onions, etc) some of these workers are genuinely deranged if they think this is the right way to server someone. oh yes let?s just throw the chips in the bag upside down and throw the burger together (your burgers are literally built like the leaning tower of Piza.) and where are the gloves? like we know you hate your job but atleast try to make our day a little bit better instead of ruining it because your days going bad!!! hope this helps! ?

Absolutely stupid must have some stupid staff working inside asked for sweet and smoky BBQ sauce and it's arrived without it so that's almost 3 pound wasted not the first time it's happened some other items where missing aswell getting real sick of ordering from maccies sort your staff out
