Food ordered at 9pm. Still waiting at 1045. Called twice, was told both times food on way... we life a 4minute drive from the shop. After the shop repeatedly hung the phone up on me. I was told that the food was still in the shop... but they would send a free garlic bread with cheese. I asked for my money back... again they hung up the phone!

Ordered krunchys for the first time, so naturally I was sceptical. The food arrived around 20 minutes earlier than advised which was amazing. Not only that the food was piping hot and super fresh. Chips were Krispy, along with the onion rings. The kebab was fresh, tasty and not dry at all.
Overall really happy and will order next time I want a takeaway. Great quality.

Uber eats not set up properly so I was allowed to order when they are closed, £25 down the drain after been waiting for an hour ?

Ordered food, it arrived an hour later and missing cheesy chips, rang up to be told they would sort it, another hour later ring back to be told its left the shop, half hour later ring back to then be told again will sort it now, refund requested after 2 and half hours of original order being placed!

Wouldn?t offer me a 7? pizza, then overcharged me for the 9? which was clearly advertised cheaper on the menu. And it was full of oil when it arrived. Yuk!!!!! ?

Always use Krunchys.
Love the meals.
But today was a big disappointment as I ordered the 6 strips meal deal got home and the strips were burnt tasted awful.
Nothing like the meal we had earlier in the week.
Waste of money today.
