Call handler was extremely rude when I had to ring back about missing items, said I didn?t even asked for them, he was very argumentative, even when the delivery driver himself said they have had a good few complaints about the guy on the phone and how he speaks to customers, talk about rubbish customers service ??

Awful attitude from the phone handler. Rang 3 times for the rude man to keep telling me it was on the way but 30 mins later, still no food. We lived less than 10 mins away. When trying to explain our concerns, he would be dismissive and hang up the phone. Horrible service. Delivery driver was understanding.
