Olivia served me today in the drive thru. And I cannot fault her manners and how seemingly happy she was. Makes a change when half the time they sound like they don?t want to be there, so well done Olivia. Made my experience a much more pleasant one to usual. I asked Matt what her name was when I paid he was also very lovely and polite. KFC Leigh need more staff like these two! Food was piping hot and we all really enjoyed it. Keep it up kfc

So many bad reviews, such a shame? I?ve ordered form here a few times and always had a good experience. You guys think this is the worst KFC? You haven?t seen anything lol. The wings are lovely and fresh and the chips not too heavily saturated with that horrible seasoning they use now. I really like this KFC. 4 starts though because nothing?s perfect.

Went here for tea as I couldn't ne bothered to cook. KFC has got really expensive for what it is.

Absolutely must be the worst KFC on earth. Missing 4 pieces in a party bucket. All chicken very dry ,fries were stone cold. Salad pots were very small and to top it all off the missed off our coleslaw and hot wings.
After initially complaining and leaving a complaint we received a response that it would be looked into . 3 weeks later still no response and probably will never use this brand again .Just very very poor service

Hot food good quick service. Not over salty like ive had in the past.
Parking: Great getting on to the retail park but an absolute nightmare getting off when its busy. The roundabout is a total mess and the lights are confusing for most drivers as , not everyone knows the area.
