I sold my property with Hunters (Leigh branch) in a matter of weeks having moved over from another agent. My onward purchase was also through Hunters. I cannot fault them, Antonia and Melanie were extremely helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to help us get to the end. I would highly recommend Hunters for both selling and purchase.

If you are looking for a professional and personable Estate Agent to sell your house I highly recommend Hunters. They were extremely accessible and personable. They made selling my house so easy! Was kept informed every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. They also advised me on a solicitor who also was brilliant. We sold our house with Hunters and also bought our new house through Hunters. It was very straight forward ,only 8 weeks , good negotiation for our new house too . We viewed the property 4 times and Hunters accommodated it each time with no problems . Very friendly, very calming and informative when anything arose. Selling your home can be a stressful time. We recently purchased a beautiful bungalow via Hunters estate agents Leigh. The team was very professional, but a special mention must go to Antonia who was so helpful,with solicitors jargon. Contacting the vendor, and assuring us things would go according to plan. They did. Well done Antonia.

Hunters was one of 3 Extate agents I asked to value the property .Mark was the most thorough of the 3 agents and really had a good look around the property and took in all the good selling points which I think the others missed . He. Gave me a realistic view of the market and his valuation was slightly below the other 2 but perhaps more realistic at the time .Communication with the girls in the office was good and we got a buyer a few months later for more or less the asking price .All went to plan even though sales were taking longer than normal at the time .I Was particularly impressed with the support and assistance from hunters to get it over the finish line when tight deadlines were imposed by the buyerOverall a great service and would recommend

I rarely leave reviews but felt that I had to leave one after just recently selling our house with Hunters. Various issues arose making it not an easy process! Antonia was fantastic and really did go above and beyond for us. She made a very stressful process a lot easier to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Mark Littlewood from Hunters Estate Agent what a salesman! Firstly, he will overprice your house, ours was overpriced by 75K in comparison to other estate agents, he will tell you he can sell your house and get the most for it. He will tell you he has a waitlist of people waiting for houses in your sought-after area, that he has a list of potential cash and Chinese buyers and that he will take drone shots of your home and have open days to get people through your door. He will tell you his sales fee like you?re getting a fabulous deal (but don?t tell anyone any other vendors you may be having in to value) its 1% by the way and the same as everyone else. He will tell you if you need to take your house off the market it?s not a problem.When we approached Hunters and requested, we take off the market with them because we wanted to use another estate agent due to service, Mark Littlewood then became hostile and threw various threats at us.Think long and hard before using Hunters.

As a landlord, finding new tenants can be a stressful experience. Hunters in Leigh provide an excellent service for a fair price that makes it a stress-free process. Very knowledgeable and pro-active team, I would definitely recommend them.
