I ordered these flowers last minute for a friend's birthday.to say these were absolutely beautiful, stunning is an understatement.The amount of detail and beauty in these flowers definitely brought a smile to my face and tears to my friend .worth every single penny spent .will definitely buy from this florist again.

Always a worry when you dont see the order. Ordered online at 9pm and were delivered next morning by 11 am, recipient says they are 'gorgeous 'Easy to use online service so all in all excellent service. Thankyou

Michelle made our flowers for our wedding, they were everything we could of asked for and more, they were perfect and stunning, I will definitely be going back for other occasions. Absolute perfection and such friendly and welcoming staff, Michelle even helped us when we had a problem with our table decorations, she definitely went the extra mile, we would highly recommend x

Howcrofts provided the flowers for my husband and I?s wedding and they were stunning! Michelle and her team were very flexible and I was able to add additional requests each meeting. I wanted simple and rustic, yet elegant and they understood perfectly! The end products were beautiful and I was so pleased with them all. The team also did all the flower arrangement for the tables, the seating chart and the cake. They had a very busy day but were able to pull it off without me knowing of a single hick-up!Kind, professional and outstandingly creative - I could not recommend them more!

Absolutely amazing first class service.Nothing to much trouble. The flowers at our wedding were absolutely gorgeous all the table displays and brides bouquets/ bridesmaids bouquets and button holes gorgeous. And lasted for two weeks afterwards. Would highly recommend howcrofts florist.??????????

Wow !!! Two weeks before my wedding I popped into Howcrofts Florist to discuss my flowers and flowers for the bridesmaid and flower girls. I gave Michelle an idea of what I wanted, and came away feeling confident. Michelle explained what would be available and showed me various flowers and colours in the shop.I could not believe the amazing bouquets Michelle produced on the day, they were absolutely stunning and and the colours were perfect.Such a lovely local shop providing a professional service.Thank you so so much I loved the cappuccino roses and peony flowers.

Buyer beware - the wrong flowers were delivered a day late. The replacement bouquet from the florist is completely different to the one ordered. Apparently, the bouquet received is of higher quality and costs more than the one ordered for £48, which is hard to believe (see photos). I am now out of pocket for a replacement bunch of flowers and my mum is upset just in time for Mother?s Day. Never again!

I bought bouquet of flowers from supermarket and other florist before. I usually go into the florist to personally choose the flowers but due to self isolation I gave them a call instead. This place always makes good on its promise. Next day delivery as promised and a nice colourful selection of flowers.

I don't like complaining but I was not happy with their service . Ordered flowers for our 53 wedding Anniversary to be delivered between 10 / 11 am on our special day . I phoned , just before noon to find out were the flowers were . I was informed the only order for flowers today were for a funeral . I said I had paid for my flowers on line to be delivered and had been sent the confirmation . On giving my name I was informed " O here it is " . It will arrive before 4pm . I said no one will be at home , we were going out for lunch and will be out the rest of the day . I was told the flowers were out in the van . Were they traveling from Leigh , via a tour of Lancashire ? to arrive at that time . I was informed even though I paid £5 for delivery and £34 for the flowers I had not paid a premium amount for delivery , meaning I cannot chose my delivery time . They sent me a confirmation covering my order with out any mention of premium amounts . I cancelled because I believe the order had been lost . No sorry from them for a upset Anniversary .
