I recently donated a large box of new items to this charity 26/01/23 things like crib mattresses and blankets.I have done this on several occasions and i have always been told to take around the back and not through the front of the shop. When I did this last week I was greeted with attitude for coming to the back door, by a woman who also made me feel that I was putting her out. With a condescending manner she kept asking me how big the box was as she had to take it upstairs. This woman was very moody and had a bad attitude to someone who is trying to help the charity. She did thank me at the end but made me feel that I won't be taking anything there again. Maybe one of the other charities close by will be more grateful.
