Fitting was not done properly, l had engine mgnt light show on dash, lost screw which l had to get done by a proper and professional mechanic, had to go back 2nd time to have air filter clamp fitted. All because l bought a battery and had them fit it.

This morning i went into the Bolton store with my Raleigh bicycle and I just want to say how much I appreciated Nat's superb on the spot service. He did a really good job and I am very thankful for it.

Staff very knowledgeable and helpful, and reasonable cost for the work undertaken. Only concern is having to carry your bike upstairs at Leigh store, as this could cause some riders problems.

Just called in on the offchance someone could help as I been advised I had a brake light out ?? the two young guys in the tillCouldn?t have been more helpful. They checked what I needed, fitted it without any hassle and I was in my way within ten minutes ?.. so polite and friendly ?. Credit where credits due ?.. great price as well

Easy 2 collect and follow just need see happy staff that could break a smile !, ordered click and collect be lucky if she even looked at me tried give her order number, she like just like give me your name and what you ordered ....not sure this ordering service is how it works i just felt uncomfortableUpdate on the review as a memberof staff asked me contact them i did but now nothing been said ? so why put contact us if youre not interestednothing been said or done why even reply to my post bizarre to me or so it looks like it being delt with
