Delivered pizza with raw ingredients. Staff did not acknowledge the complaint at the time and I was unable to eat the order. Escalated further and awaiting for resolution. Shocking customer service.

Food was 1 hour late, freezing cold, items missing and refused to give me an extra dip that I paid for. Phoned the store and the staff were so rude. For the extortionate price I paid here, I expect better service. Might need to hire/retrain your awful staff. After being a loyal customer for years, will go elsewhere next time.

was at a party , got a bit snackish at night online it says shop closes at 1am. at 12 i rang twice no answer I decided to walk down to the store. The man in store was very rude and said they had closed. Frankly if you need to close early for your selfish workers put it online.
