“Needed to take some paint back due to getting the wrong one but we never got a receipt, the first lady we spoke too was far to dismissive and rude, I won't mention her name as I'm not as rude but she told us we couldn't get money back without a receipt despite not recieving one during a busy period, a lovely very helpful lady by the name of Tracey however went above and beyond and went off for a few minutes manually looking for our transaction, she returned saying she had found it and given us the refund, Tracey is a credit to your company and deserves recognition for going out of her way to help, very much polar opposite to the first lady who's name I did clock.”
