Bought a freezer from them paid for old freezer to be taken away. On delivery the delivery guy kept on refuring to me as Pal. Moaning that the old freezer was bigger than the new one.

Very bad manager to me when I ask for a return item because faulty and Bolton branch easy return and refund much better speaking with me as I am not English and do you think I was not feel like I am not under pressure when the manager just refused me and staff laughing at me when I said you going to Google map as bad review thanks for watching guys have nice day

Mis sold a TV . Tried to sort , struggled to get through to the store , said they would phone back on the have not . Ended up paying £145 on a cabinet we did'nt want .

Having used this store to collect online orders on a few occasions. My experience is very poor items are never ready to collect on time. The staff are extremely miserable and rude. Yet they advertise on tv about how their staff are trained. Basic customer service is clearly lacking.

You advertise stuff for sale then when you go IN STORE to view & buy it, guess what?!? They don?t have it !!!! Stand ( in my case sit ) and wait for some assistance and they do anything to avoid helping. I ain?t paying £500 for something when I can?t view it first! May as well shut the place down and let the homeless have another empty unit !Gone down hill since the merge with PC World.

Staff just stood on their phones trying to avoid eye contact, not wanting to help people. Or standing at the till for ages and no apologies for keeping me waiting for 5 mins.

Unfortunately curry?s is not what it used to be in store, I shop online now mainly due to poor selection of products on display. My latest visit was no different. Unfortunately this is a self perpetuating problem and the shops don?t really want to stop it, online means less over heads and less staff cheaper running costs.
