“Good carwash and valet. However, the gentleman in the car behind me rear ended me as he failed to follow the instructions on the board prior to entering the carwash. The operator on duty at the time was really apologetic and very professional. To reduce the likelihood of a similar incident happening again, it would be good for operators to reiterate that gearboxes are to be left in neutral when they are asking what level of carwash drivers want as some people clearly don't read signage.”
