I have been trying since Tues to resolve an issue where the fitter used by this company had left my mother at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning and her new fire they fitted has been condemned by the fully trained gas man that went to service it last week. I am still waiting for a call back from the fitter that I genuinely believe we are not going to get. Liam the owner of the business agreed the Job needs to be redone so in this really cold weather we should not have had to wait 4 days for a call back to arrange for the work to be done. I would strongly advise against using this company who have ripped of my mum.

Owner Liam not reliable came to look at my fire ordered some discs for me then despite repeated phone calls ignored me.

I called into the shop to purchase a new fire as mine wasn't working. I spoke to Liam and to cut a long story short he came to my house that evening and not only fixed my fire but sprayed it all black and didn't charge me a thing. It looks like a new fire now and I'm so happy. Thank you Liam. You are such a lovely guy and I would recommend you to anyone xx

I have had a multifire fitted from this company which failed to comply with Hetas regulations ,so rendered useless and unusable. They subbed work out with installation fitters who won't return to fix there 'p**s poor'(as they have said ) work! .Both parties have ignored me of asking them to rectify the unsafe system.

Terrible .they do not know what they are doing .I had to have the fire re fitted
