The treatment and care I get is absolutely wonderful from the girls on reception to the dental nurse and Rob a fantastic dentist (I actually enjoy my trips for check ups and Hygienist).I would definitely recommend them.

Definitely not my favourite place to visit however all the staff are lovely, friendly and professional. Rob is wonderful with me as a nervous patient so highly recommend.

Helpful and friendly reception who send timely reminders of your appointment time. The environment is clean and spacious and nursing staff are welcoming. Dental care is technically sound but individual care for the patient and appreciation of specific care needs are less well addressed in this practice. This represents a decline in previous levels of care.

My daughter had a brace fitted and since January she has not had an appointment or any type of follow up. All the work done prior to this has been undone and her teeth have moved and are worse than they were before she had her brace fitted. I have consistently chased this up with many, many phone calls and have been given false promises each time that I will hear something soon. I am at the point where I am having to seek treatment elsewhere, as she had just been left. It is disgusting that I haven't even received any correspondence from Bupa Irlam.....not a letter, phone call or email.
