We are now 2 weeks passed the legal requirement for them to return a deposit and I still dont have it.Have been strung along and lied to throughout the entire process. Couple that with the issues we had whilst tenants that they weren't bothered about, completes the package as an unreliable, incompetent, dishonest companyDon't touch them with a ten foot pole.

We found them to be very unprofessional, awful customer service, no replies to emails. 1 person admitted they hadn't read the message correctly another person tried to cover up for her lying in the process and in a very arrogant manner ...sorry but will never use the Denton branch again

Recently sold my property in Audenshaw and i had excellent experience. Bryan Beeley came out to value my property, which he valued significantly more than other estate agents. I was a little sceptical and thought it was a sales tact, to get my business. It clearly wasn't as I went with him and trusted what I was told and he sold it for exactly the price bracket he valued my property at. Very Impressed with him in particular but with Your Move also as a whole.

This morning I travelled over 15 miles to view a property of which was arranged at 9:30am. My sat nav said I was going to be 3 minutes late. Although this wasn?t definite, I had the decency to call the office to advise them of this of which I was told it was fine and Emma will see me at the property. 5 minutes before the appointment time, I was called by someone named Heather who was extremely rude who said because I?m going to be late for get have things to do and they can?t afford to stay for me so they?re cancelling my appointment. Little did she know I was already outside the property waiting to get in. I wasn?t late I was early. I explained this and advised I?m already sat outside the property and she said it was too late. How so when I was outside theProperty BEFORE the appointment? The response I got is ?just because, she can?t afford to stay!? I asked to speak to a manager at this point and had the phone put down. I then called back and spoke to the manager. Who tells me because other people said they was going to be late she left the property and moved on. He advised they run a tight ship and if I can wait another half hour they will send someone. If you ran such a tight ship you would be teaching your staff to have some manners and also be on time for your own viewings. Or when calling in the first instance tell me you can?t be there to save me travelling 20 miles to be sat outside the property you had no intention of being there for. Disgusting service

Your move took over our property after a long year trying to sell with Yopa which brought few viewings & an offer which was way below value.From the start the service was professional, Bryan came out to value the property, we explained the trouble we'd had previously and he assured us that they had many buyers who would be interested in our property.Bryan had an excellent knowledge of the local area & explained the sales process and how their technique differed to other agents.Jenny was our sales negotiator, who had excellent knowledge of the local market & was very confident that she could arrange the sale of the property quickly.As promised it had an offer during the first group viewing and we accepted a higher offer not long after. Jenny ensured that everything ran smoothly and that we were kept up to date with the progress.In the last 24 hours there was a miscommunication between solicitors which could have cost us the sale, again Jenny stepped in (after hours) and helped us to resolve the issue.Thanks to all staff, each time I have called everyone has been helpful but special thanks to Jenny.

My partner and I recently bought our first house through Your Move Mary Ashton and I fully recommend them, and Jenny.We had some trouble during the process of the purchase, but never any from Jenny, who provided support and reassurance when the bank and valuers were causing serious stress. As it was our first time, it was great to have someone friendly and helpful, for whom no question was too stupid.We are so happy in our new home, and it was Jenny who found it for us in the first place. We are both so thankful to her and Your Move Mary Ashton.

Jenny was brilliant! She made the process of selling really easy and straightforward. Viewings were done for one hour as a block viewing on a Saturday so there was no need to worry about the house being really tidy all the time and just having that one set day when you have two children is a God send! The photographs that were took were fabulous and my house actually sold within 2 weeks of being actively on the market! Jenny was there to support me all the way with any concerns or questions I had.
