Fast and friendly, I can recommend this Well Pharmacy as I've used them for a few years now, both for prescriptions and also to purchase things sold in-store. It's fairly small, so don't expect them to stock every over-the-counter medication, but it's a decent collection.

I am amending my review of over 3 years ago. All I can say is there's been a dramatic change, staff are wonderful, respectful and really the place has gotten its act together and I've been using this pharmacy since to days of Mr Baker so a long long time.
Id also like to say thank you to all the staff that have gone out there way to help me as quickly and respectfully as possible, Kudos to you all.

Went for a Flu jab with my husband, my husband has dementia but is just adjetated, the pharmacist did not speak to him to try and reassure him on what he was going to do said he couldn't do in the arm that I presented because it was bruised, I told him he was on blood thinners so got the other arm out he still did not tell my husband what he was going to do so when he stuck the needle in my husband jumped, the pharmacist ran out of the room to fetch his colleague and then basically it was my fault he asked why I had fetched him in like that which I replied I didn't know he was going to react like that. We have been having our flu jabs there for a few years and never had any problem i have never met that pharmacist before. I think he needs to understand its stressful and treat patients with a bit of respectso we will no longer use that chemist again.

I've used this pharmacy a few times over the years & it has been ' hit & miss'. I've put this down to turnover of staff, (probably with it being in a chain?). However, my recent prescription was ready for pickup after 24 hrs PLUS I received a txt message to inform me. They do have a number of different pharmacists that work here but Mo has been very helpful & friendly.

Service is ok although a little slow with prescriptions sometimes but that could be to running short of stock.Overall ok.

The care and help from the pharmacist was really good and made such a difference. He took the time to give us the help we needed and the medicine did the job.

I dread Mondays I have my blister pack delivered but 9/10 I have to chase them but they disconnect you I suffer with bad mental health issues and again gone without meds this puts me back I need them urgently you would think they would try and sort out before they run out or tell doctors there struggling to get hold of certain medications no contact between pharmacy and doctors

Really disappointed. Have a 2 week old at home and went to pick up my prescription yesterday (which is a marathon task to just get out of the house). Got to the pharmacy and was told the prescription wasn?t ready yet but would be tomorrow by the end of the day. So came back today at 5pm and was told it wouldn?t be ready now until tomorrow. I explained I was told it would be ready today and this was the second time I visited. The girl behind the till wasn?t apologetic and just said that whoever told me being told me it would be ready today wasn?t right need to come back again tomorrow. That?s now 3 trips out with a newborn which is a nightmare. These tables were also not a repeat prescription, they were sent down after a visit to the doctors after being discharged from hospital after birth so they were urgent and important.

Waited 2 weeks for BP tablets to come through which is ridiculous when you need them. as I'm a Transplant Patient, always the same. never used to be this slow??? And when you ring them they put the phone on an engaged tone. I don't recommend? Go to a different chemist.

Usually great service meds ordered 24/5 phoned today 08.30 told me be done today no tablets for tonight amlopidine turned up at 4 .20 after work been shut since 12.30 no message or phone call and no meds for tonight

Avoid like the clap, partner is in agony, Doctors sent a perscription, and was told by the chemist she'd have to wait untill Thurs. Cant give them a zero star.
