Would be zero! Stay awayThe lady is rude, the flowers died within 3 days!The problem is when you are not local inter flora arrange the florists- if I had know know they were using the flower shop I would if cancelled as the reviews say it all !!!

The florists at the Flower Shop created a stunning Bridal bouquet, maid of honour bouquet and button holes for my late October wedding. The bridal bouquet received many compliments throughout the day and it has lasted so well - still looking fresh nearly a week later. The best quality roses and some stunning autumnal hydrangea were used to create a beautiful display. I was really pleased with everything. Thank you for helping to make my day special.

Spoken with someone this morning and provided a great service and told me to have a look around as i was asking about pricing, 30mins later called back and spoke to im assuming Marie by the other reviews below who was difficult and rude and i even told her i didnt often buy flowers so wasnt what she was talking about, was only on the call 40 seconds and whilst asking questions tried to get me off the phone by saying ?Shall i leave you to have a look until your ready to order?Dodged a bullet here.

I would give minus stars if I couldMarie the owner is full of lies and clearly on reading reviews I am not the first to get poor quality flowers!Had some flowers delivered to me on the Monday for a big birthday by Tuesday the roses were absolutely brownContacted the shop to be told new ones would be delivered on the FridayNo one has delivered any or bothered to come back to me or the person who ordered them for meAbsolutely awful experience - you?re better going to a bloody supermarket!

Very disappointed with £45 posies, Flowers were Old and wilting as soon as we got them home, heads dropping off ect. Had to run to Tesco`s in the morning and get a fresh bunch to brighten them up. Just because they are for a funeral doesn`t mean you can use old flowers.

If I could give 0 stars I would...My mum placed an order for a bouquet for my birthday. The flowers arrived on Monday wilted, with some of the flowers missing petals - not sure if they got destroyed in transit or they were arranged like that. The bouquet looks as if the florist had old flowers that needed to be gone ASAP and that's what they used to create the arrangement with. I followed the after care provided, so there was no fault there on my end (I buy fresh flowers every one-two weeks, so I know how to look after them to make sure they stay fresh long, I cut the stems properly, change water regualrly and keep away from direct sunshine or anywhere that would speed up the process of them dying), however for some reason the florist said the flowers looked the way they did on Monday because they were still in the packaging they came with (I sent my mum a picture saying thank you minutes after receiving the arrangement hence why they were still in the packaging and that's the picture my mum used when making a complaint).The flowers were ordered through Flowers Same Day who's customer service team have seen what the flowers looked like on Monday when they arrived and also seen pictures of what the flowers looked like 3 days later - they were all wilted completely - there was no way these were fresh flowers as the bouquet didn't even last 3 full days in the vase. The bouquet also looked COMPLETELY different from the images on the website. Flowers Same Day passed the florist's number so she can explain what's happened.When I phoned them up the florist who answered the phone was absolutely shocking. She told me she has nothing to do with it and I should speak to Flowers Same Day because she only received a job sheet for this arrangement and hasn't received money for the flowers so she's not going to deal with it LOL Surely she got paid for the flowers she sent, otherwise how would this be a mutually beneficial working arrangement?Long story short - avoid like the plague.Terrible flower arrangement, the entire process upset my mum who didn't deserve it at all, which also upset me. I have never in my life witnessed anything like it. I myself order flowers for friends and family often and I get sent flowers regularly too and this is the first time I have ever witnessed such a poor arrangement and such poor customer service. I've had 2 other arrangements posted to me on Monday, both of which arrived gorgeous and are still standing strong as opposed to the tragedy that was delivered to me from this shop.Once again - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Looks like a lovely shop and the lady who I spoke to was nice. Though when asked about pollen and the best flowers to get someone with hay-fever, the lady in the back responded 'I'm a florist not a doctor' not particularly helpful I'm afraid.

Really disapointing.Ordered a £50 bouqut that at best looked like the £25 version on the website.Fortunatly, I'd arranged collection and not a delivery, and they did chenge it for one that was already made up and on display, but it really didn't look or feel like value for money.

AVOIDOrdered flowers via interflora who I cannot fault however THE FLOWER SHOP are terrible see pictures for what was ordered to what was received. The flowers were delivered direct to the undertakers so flowers hadn't been seen until the Hurst arrived you can imagine the disappointment we felt so the following day I took the flowers back to THE FLOWER SHOP to state I wasn't happy with what was received I was met by an attitude of there is nothing wrong with the flowers had I of received an apology and an explanation that my complaint needed to be dealt with via interflora I'd of left happy but instead the shear refusal to take any responsibility did hit a nerve if you are looking for a shop that cares about its customers this definitely isn't the place for you.Just to add interflora issued a full refund and apologised for the flowers we ended up receiving as they weren't the quality that they promise there customers that initself says everything.Thanks
