Went to the cafe. The food and staff are nice but they've adopted an awful McDonalds style self order system with huge ugly computer screens full of dirty finger prints. Old people use this cafe for the personal touch, to speak to an actual human. Why does everything have to be robotic?

Such a bad and embarrassing experience having to queue in a line only to be the next person to be served and I had the till gate shut in front of me by a member of staff called Molly who refused to acknowledge me and as I called Out to her she walked off ignoring me completely. Other customers who were present told me that was completely wrong for her to do as I had been stood there for three minutes. None of the other members of staff acknowledged me. I had to call out to a staff member who then opened the till gate for me and served me.. I have been left so upset by this experience as I am a regular customer.

Scince it got refurbished its gone very very exspensive. The prices change every week. The staff are great work hard.

In a former council estate so the customers tend to be fat, ugly and common. The regular till and caff staff are pleasant enough; great really to be fair. The duty "management" are above themselves, utterly vile and shouldn't be employed by anyone, let alone a national, listed, company .

Big supermarket, usually nice and quiet. Unfortunately the staff use the front door as a smoking shelter (yes they actually do!) which is completely unacceptable from a major food retailer?

Recently started shopping here again because they started stocking the milk I wanted. The cafe has improved markedly. Nicely presented and helpful staff. I just need to get used to the new tech. The store to show some compassionate consideration in the car park to older users who despite being infirm are not eligible for a blue badge. I shop at quiet times and I have to walk a long way past empty invalid spaces or face a £70 fine. Please set aside some spaces with wider bays and nearer to the door for older customers perhaps at quieter times. Just an idea.
