What a fantastic place. All my customers use swell. I took one of my customers who is 84 in for some fish for her Tank. I think the young lady who helped us was called Mia.. she was fantastic with my customer and so knowledgeable..

This is what you get when you order from Swell reptiles. I ordered a pack of extra large locusts, Instead I received a pack of half dead small locusts. Very disappointing won?t be insects again

I have used swell since June for live feed for bearded dragon. Signed up to subscription service. All great to begin with. Last order was extremely late. This weeks order has not turned up, placed another order as we needed food and emailed to fix previously problem. Second order has not arrived. No reply to email I sent and your advertised contact number doesn't connect.

Swell reptiles absolutely shocking for live stock delivery.A number of occasions now live stock has taken days to arrive ( even when ordering on a Monday ) and arrived in poor condition or you wait days for it to arrive to then receive and email saying there has been a delivery issue and then get offered a poor 15% discount on next shop

Diabolical service , plants I ordered with other items never arrived , complained and reordered this time they actually said they had been despatched even gave date and time , they hadn't been sent !!

ordered from here and my order got lost in transit, they said they then sent a replacement but didnt give me a delivery date and are now ignoring my calls and emails. terrible service. reported the business to trading standards hope they get caught for scamming

I have ordered over 150£ worth of products. I waited 1 week to be delivered meanwhile my tortoise had no heat or light nothing. I had no tracking number no information of the parcels whereabouts. After a week they delivered 1 item. I contacted them, it took ages to reach anybody. They told me the other parcel was lost. I got no email or any type of updates on this. They told me they gonna replace that for me but again I had to wait an other 4 days for that to arrive. I got really upset and decided to cancel it. I got no response to my emails nothing and I tried to call for ages . The line was always busy. Something is terribly wrong here .People need to be hired to solve issues like this . You as a company can't just take hundreds of pounds from people and not invest in staff members who would do the job. I have been a returning customer but I think this was my last time I ordered from here. Shame.

This is a company I've used many times in the past with zero issues. However, I made a purchase and paid extra next day delivery and I'm still waiting on my order a week later! I've contact them via email regarding this I've yet to have a response, however they've been active on social media. Very frustrating as I needed the items quickly which is why I selected the next day delivery option. I will be reluctant to order from them again as I see I'm not the first one with this issue.

I've not ordered from Swell in about a year. Never had an issue with them before and they've always resolved any issues quickly.
Ordered some plants almost 2 weeks ago. Firstly the packaging was horrific and broke in transit, delaying parcel. The 2nd package delivered separately never arrived. Swell promised me a replacement would be sent out last week. Still nothing, no tracking, zilch.
Now they've completely stopped replying to me, despite trying to get hold of them every day.
Appalling customer service and I will not be using Swell any more.

Shocking customer service. Ordered on the 10th Aug, sent multiple chases and called to find where our order was to then be told on the 18th Aug that everything went out of stock over the weekend? yet it was the previous weekend we had ordered anything. Items missing out the order and struggling to get any outcome from them. Definitely one to avoid in the future!
