I had a wonderful experience at this fuel station, thanks to one of the staff members, Rajat. His polite and professional behavior truly stood out. He greeted me with a warm smile, was very attentive, and ensured that the fueling process was smooth and quick. He also took the time to answer a few questions I had and did so with patience and respect. It?s rare to come across such dedicated and customer-friendly service. I truly appreciate his exceptional attitude and great work. Highly recommend this station because of staff like him.

I can understand why there are so many negative comments. A simple greeting and asking how someone is can go a long way. It would be nice if employees made an effort to engage with customers. I always smile and greet others, but unfortunately, the staff there on 8/2/2025 at 7:00 AM didn?t seem to respond or engage in basic conversation - no hello, thank you, or goodbye. It would be nice to see more friendly, human interactions. At this point, I?m considering going to Morrisons in the future instead.

I?ve been buying fuel from shell for over 10 years and this branch is by far the worst one I?ve been to. The customer service is poor at best. There is a female staff member with no customer service skills at all.
