“The opening hours shown here are MASSIVELY INCORRECT - they should be as follows: Mon-Fri 8am-10am, Thurs also opens again 4pm-6pm, Sat 8am-12 noon, Sun Closed. I have submitted the new hours to google with a photo of them taken outside the office, however the Royal Mail staff advise that they have changed the times on their website and also informed google months ago of the change but google have not bothered to change them here yet - anyway I hope this helps spmeone and saves them the wasted journey I had !”

“I was fortunate yesterday to meet Karen after making an appointment to renew my passport. She was very professional and made the process easy and simple, and so much faster than if I had done it myself. There was no hassle and it was carried out in a private room away from the queue, which was discreet when having your photograph taken (not in a booth). Karen was very friendly and polite throughout the procedure.”
