Amazing service by Stacey, I arrived at 2pm in the afternoon with 72 large letters that needed posting, she was very helpful, took her quite a while to put labels on each one, but never complained. Great service, thank you for your help.

Very disappointing as I have now had 2 things stolen from my parcel/envelopes when I have used them & I have checked before pointing the finger, they never received at the sorting office. They have a door of shame. They should be on it!

Poor customer service...this 1 star is 1 2 many stars but unfortunatley have 2 put at least 1...Always a queue....poorly lacking in customer service...infact no customer service..Witnessed quite a few rude remarks to customers especially an elderly woman who they confused her parcels because they were stood chatting...which was their error...very disrespectful...Tbh dont think they have a clue what they are doing...and get very stressed out very quicklyVery poor service from an institute which has been running a service for many many years...Lowers the standard of the royal mail having these kind of employees...Maybe some kind of customer service/manners training should be considered...Think about the service you should provide...Very very shameful

this place always has a queue and at least half the time I have been in there something isnt working. poor customer service and never an apology. most the time they are talking to someone on the phone. I will go somewhere else now

If your lucky they may speak words to you!!! Mainly communicates through grunts. The usual shocking Royal Mail service we expect.

Ghastly service from people who haven't a clue what they're doing and are too busy on the phone. Just hope th parcels I posted are actually in the post and not just in the bin. Hopeless
