I use this convenience store to collect Evri parcels.
I went today to collect a parcel. A fat, blonde, oldish woman stopped me before I went in and abruptly said 'we're shut'. They were removing one of the big fridges from the back of the shop. I explained this was my second attempt at collecting a parcel. I had been a couple of nights ago and was told the system was uploading and i wouldnt be able to collect my parcel until the next day which wasnt convenient for me. My car is in the garage and I went today in a taxi. My parcel had been there a week and I hadnt been able to pick it up previously due to work commitments/unsociable hours. I explained to the lady that i had got a taxi to the shop and she just shrugged her shoulders. I asked the lady would she be able to give me my parcel at the door. She said 'we're shut'.
The lovely lad (tall with brown hair, who always says 'enjoy the rest of your day' after serving you) saved the day and gave me my parcel. He is super friendly, smiley and happy anyway, but today he went that extra mile for a customer today and I am so grateful.
That's why ive scored two instead of one because rudeness, ignorance and unhelpfulness doesnt get you stars. Being nice to people, especially customers who pay your wages, isnt hard!!

It?s just a local convenience store but it deserves a 5-star for the helpfulness and polite staff who are always happy to help you even if they have to search the storeroom. Definitely service with a smile :-)

Serve sandwiches, that are very clearly not freshly made, a day before their use by date, at full price when the bacon in them is completely grey.... ?Most staff are friendly, some are not.It's convenient for the absolute bare essentials.Would probably award four stars if it wasn't for the 'meal deals', where the only deal is knowing you're getting ill from eating it and that's if you're lucky enough to find anything in this section to begin with....

Well, it is convenient and they do serve a purpose. Shame they don?t serve it with a smile and a friendly manner.

Handy local shop and Hermes parcel drop off. Friendly staff. Choice of groceries is sometimes a bit limited and it's difficult to park close by as it's on a busy road.Edit: Upgraded to 5 stars as of 30/11/21 as the manager Martyn is an absolute gentleman who really went above and beyond today to help us with an issue (created by Hermes, not One Stop). I'm not sure when he became manager but I've really noticed a positive change in the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the general appearance of the shop in recent weeks.

It was the best day of my life when I visited this exotic destination.Cancel your holiday to Hawaii now!This is a must go to experience.Also, I like the staff's eye colour.Highly recommend.

Staff always friendly and helpful, I shop here a good 3 to 4 times a week and never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend this shop.
