Gone through drive through to then get home and half my order is missing!
Tried to contact the store!
No answer rang multiple times.
Needs sorting out has happened twice in the past couple of weeks and both times no answer and I?ve forgot about it.
The fact it?s happened multiple times has drove me to write this review the staff need to be more on the ball and be answering the phone aswell as making sure orders are made correctly. I get people make mistakes but have the decency to answer the phone to your customers & not sit there ignoring it clearly as it was not too busy? so people would have heard the phone ringing.

Very busy place, but always get your order fast. They have lots of self order screens, so I don't have to wait when I've been. The other thing I like is they always have recipes in the self order machines which is unusual for Maccies.
Kid-friendliness: Always have crayons and stuff for the children to do.

Waited 40 mins for food and when it came everything was cold and one of the burgers was from another order as it had a different order number on it the hot drinks were luke warm and the mcflurries were melted also the place is like a youth club with the local kids screaming and shouting and being unruly with the staff unable to control them I would g8ve this location a big miss

20 mins wait in a pretty much empty McD's for 2 double cheeseburgers, and they were still cold! Still, better than the last time we came here and it took over FORTY FIVE minutes to get our food and we weren't the only people that had been waiting that long...

Absolutely dreadful at the moment, the past few months this branch has well and truly gone down the pan, told to park up at the drive through EVERY TIME, missing items, slow service .. what's going on?!

The cleanest McDonald's I have ever seen, as well as staff with good manners! Definitely recommend and applaud you! Food was provided quickly.
