Absolutely useless ordered online as to poorly to go out , I was charged for items I didn?t receive the staff in the shop was less then helpful and pinging about giggling no wonder you work there not one brain cell between them and if you can?t count to 2 it says it all really waste of time and money and to charge a packing fee when u actually don?t pack all the order is a piss take il still to Australia wines next time because Morrisons staff are either incompetent or stealing from customers!!!! Missing chocolate , ice cream a bottle of lemonade and the grapes have todays date on them !!

Ordered £60 worth of shopping on Uber. 90% of the shop wasn?t found, no replacements or anything as requested on the app. Tried to ring the store multiple times and not once did the phone get answered. Pisstake.
Update: Someone answered the phone, laughed and started pressing all the numbers - I ended and tried to phone back and going straight the answer phone, I?m presuming the phone is off the hook now or something. 24/02/2025 - time in corner of the screenshot.

Called the shop 5 times to get no answer

Went to cafe at 9 o'clock for breakfast. 3x breakfast, 2 x coffee 1 x zero coke. Staff very slow .. they didn't know about wether our coffee were brought to table as they changing their minds. I large breakfast came out and the girl said they forgot the tomatoes and will bring it after.. Small breakfast came with no bacon ,tomato and no toast. 3rd breakfast had more items missing.. not a good experience.. nobody knew what they were doing.

WHAT A JOKE!!! Absolute pointless going to this store last minute if you need something, once again doors shut and shutter half way down at 21:50 and tbh that?s good for that store, I have been before at 21:40 and the door as been locked and tried to blag that it?s closing time! What a joke

Debbie is lovely! Always happy to help and talks to my little lad. ?.The only thing is that it shuts a little earlier than advertised, which is a bit annoying if need something urgently. But, that said, I can always get what I need when it is open , and the staff are all really nice, and make my day better

Good shop and nice staff apart from the fact that they seem to close 10/15 minutes before stated online every night, you can walk upto that door at 9:50 and it?s locked.

Always closing early been there the last 3 nights in a row and there closed by 9:45 not 10 change your time if you closing early

This Shops say it closes at 10pm fair enough but what I find irritating is when you get to the shop at 9:50pm and it?s closed it should stay open till 10 and close up at 10 so people like me who walk to the shop and get there and it?s closed so please either change your opening times or stay open till 10

Would be lovely to know that the store honours its opening and closing times went tonight 21.40 to find store locked up as far as I am aware closing time is 22.00. All I wanted was a loaf and milk not a lot to ask. Maybe I should have planned my day better to accommodate the relaxed attitude towards customer service or perhaps lack of it.
