Shocking customer service.. left the car with them for an hour and returned to be told they don?t my tyre size? Why didn?t they call immediately and inform me of this? Would rather drive to Cheadle or Fallowfield for better communication?

Can I say and praise the staff at this depot.I needed help with a fault on my tyre.They checked it out and explained the problem.They solved the problem and did not charge for their time.Amazing service which enabled me to set off to Scotland with peace of mind.

I was really happy with the information provided and the support that Gaz provided. I had misjudged the tyres for my vehicle and Gaz helped me find the tyres I required and gave me lots of information on my vehicle spec. I thought I had done my homework and I believe if I had gone to someone else they would have fitted the incorrect tyres. I won?t be going anywhere else. Thanks Gaz!

The problem I had before the new battery was still there, I feel my old battery was ok and I was up sold an item I didn't need. I was just told a new battery was needed and not shown any proof.

Average price for front rear alignment cost £35 and £70 for both front and rear, I got charged £70 for just the front.
