Dropped car off on a Saturday with snapped exhaust. Rang around to get the part/s & fixed within 3 hours.

Shocking customer service.. left the car with them for an hour and returned to be told they don’t my tyre size… Why didn’t they call immediately and inform me of this? Would rather drive to Cheadle or Fallowfield for better communication…
