The old system was much better and you hardly had to wait but now you are in there for 10 or 15 minutes just for a simple transaction standing in a queue with older people struggling to just stand up,can and should be way better with today's technology.

First time in this branch today my local branch in Denton has permanently closed, I only went in to pay in coins staff are fantastic here as they were at Denton branch there was a problem with my card they ordered one straight away lovely lady wish I'd got here name to write in this review very friendly and helpful it made... read full comment
