Excellent customer service at Halford Auto Centre Hyde.
I originally booked my tire change through National Tyres, who directed me to this Halford location. Even though they couldn't find my booking in their system initially, the staff went above and beyond to help me out. The team here is incredibly kind and professional they took the time to sort out the booking issue and got my tires changed without any hassle. Their customer service is outstanding, and they clearly care about making sure every customer leaves satisfied.I was impressed by how they handled the situation with such patience and efficiency. Even when faced with a system error that wasn't their fault, they found a solution and took great care of me. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing tire services or auto work. The staff truly knows how to deliver excellent customer service.

Got to say after 4 consecutive years I will not be visiting Hyde again for my MOT & service. Halfords have done my services and MOT since I got my car and year on year the quality of both staff and workmanship have declined and this year has made me realise how poor some can be. My MOT passed with no advisories yet apparently on the service I require two new tyres, yet my report also says they didn?t even check the tyres despite me paying for a full service. The quote on my report for tyres is £95 MORE than the website has for the exact same tyres at the exact same place, also one disc is nearly worn apparently despite me getting two brand new ones fitted last year. I no longer feel Hyde do as good of a job as they once did. My car has passed its MOT but this year I feel the service was casually skipped over!

I?m never one to comment negatively. But when you?ve been messed about for 3 weeks straight, something has to be said, previous family, friends and even my partner has been here. So when I found out the company I bought my car off what scheduling repairs for me. I was ok because I heard nothing but good things about this Halfords. However. For 3 weeks they have messed me about trying to fix my ac! The original appointment had to be cancelled because I was really poorly. So my mum called and they said it was ok, to come in the following Saturday and they would sort it. So I go, that Saturday to be told ?I?m sorry. It was in the system for last week and it never got booked back in? there was no one there that day. So I went back today. (Bear in mind I tried to call Thursday and Friday to make sure everything was ok, get issues with their phones meant every call was being transferred to the Ashton branch who were very rude, but that?s another issue) Yet again same story that the only person there who was ac trained wasn?t in work. Please bear in mind it?s been boiling hot this week. And having no cool air coming in through my windows or from the ac has meant that I?ve basically been boiling alive, and obviously being stuck in traffic means there won?t be any air coming in. They asked national tyres in ducky to get me in today, so I went. They never mentioned to them that the aircon was going to be a fleet job (through the company I bought my car from) so now it?s had to be rebooked in for next Saturday. Is this Halfords way of saying ?I don?t want to do your car because you?re not paying? because this just isn?t good enough. My mum who is DISABLED, has come with me for 3 weeks straight now, to be told no, this isn?t good enough and it needs sorting out

Very happy with service received at Halfords Hyde. Sam and the team were helpful and informative with solving my car problem and went above and beyond. The only downside is lack of car parking on premises and ended up parking on road in front of houses.

I was having my tyres changed and I knew the tracking was off but before I mentioned it they told me it was necessary just from looking at the tyre. Great knowledge and expertise shown by all staff. I was stuck waiting for my car for an hour or so to I caught up on work and witnessed how smoothly the guys dealt with every customer. Nothing phased them and they explained what they were doing and why. They also told me when my MOT is due so overall a really consistent service by all staff and a nice bunch of lads. Highly recommend them.
