I placed an order online in there app Saturday night around half past 7 and I'm still waiting now for refund. Also when I rung up I got spoke to like dirt on the phone yesterday ( sunday) by 1 of the male staff and my order is still sat in the fridge and got told to arrange a driver myself to come and collect it ... update Monday still haven't got any where no refund no order ?

Cannot get an order right?.. asked if they could replace out of stock item with a substitute told them no as I hate replacement but they sent it anyway!

Easy to park, easy to access, convenient, helpful staff, little expensive though more suitable, as a convenience store.

Very hard to park up. People abuse disabled spots and take up 2x. Very easy to get your car bumped, with it being so tight. Shop is ok otherwise.

I love this store and all the members off staff apart from one. ANDREW he is rude, bad mannered and has treated not just me but two other family members like dirt. How he has the right to treat people this way I'm not to sure. To make this store perfect he needs removing. He is the only one that doesn't make my experience at the store a pleasant one.A shout out to the rest of the staff for being so pleasant, helpful and friendly.
