absolutely shocked with the order i placed. asked for it to be spicy and dipped with extra sauce. unfortunately got the opposite and the chickenbwas very rubbery.

The bossman that used to work here was a sweetheart. It was bought out and had new workers and the quality has just evaporated since. the food is soggy, especially the chicken. on my life i ordered a chicken burger once and it was PINK inside, didn?t even get a refund?

We placed an order an hour before closing time they said it would be 45 minutes, we rang back an hour after waiting and they said it will be 15 minutes, our food never came terrible service and a waste of my and my family?s time.

I?m not really one to write reviews, but I ordered a big one meal( I always used to order with previous owners) and today was the 1st time with new owners and the food was just appalling. The peri burger was burnt and the cheese burger was over cooked on the outside, but so chewy honestly just taste burnt! Management need to step up because it?s completely unacceptable to serve food which is low quality liek that?..

Food is decent (it was much better under previous management) but the service is very slow. I was told my order would be ready in 45 minutes but when I arrived, I had to wait another 20 minutes! This isn't the first time I have experienced this either.

Came in today with a sister, the best customer service. The food was so fresh you could taste it in the meat and salad. Insha?Allah we will be back 100/10

After the old owner sold it, it?s been going downhill called around 5:30 to collect at 6:30 and they were still making the food somehow and then still managed to not give everything i ordered smh

This is extremely disappointing. I got masala fish at a fiver - That would be almost double the size anywhere else. The masala fish was really under cooked tooI also asked for large cheesy chips. The portion was one that would be between normal and regular elsewhere. It wasn't quite regular sized. At least these weren't undercooked and were warm. Though I'd be happier with chips being under cooked than fish. You can't get food poisoning from under done chips but you can from fish.They are however polite. I can't say I'll be going again - Even IF the food is "overpriced" it should at least be cooked and not under done

Just ordered a meal and a shake the meal was cold and bland and the shake tasted like water and was charged a silly amount of money definitely won't be using them again and other people should not order but Hyde is not the best place to go or do anything you are either being robbed or getting very poor service would not recommend anywhere in Hyde the place really needs to be looked at.
