AVOID THIS SHOP! We dropped off 3 boxes of goods after a clear out from home and they didn?t even thank us and rudely said they need our gift aid card.How ungrateful and most likely paid staff. I?m never going back there again donating my personal belongings.

Called ib today to enquire about donations I have. Due to downsizing my home. I was met with the most unhelpful person. She was downright rude she didn't speak very good English. Maybe this was the problem. I told her I would take my donations to the British Heart Foundation.
