Called in here today for some shopping decided to go in the cafe for a drink the service was terrible 2 women that work in there need lessons in customer service asap ! Very abrupt one of the women was on her phone i have tried ringing the store to complain !! No answer surprise surprise

ordered my shopping through click & collect online, an expensive amount of shopping, you have to bag your own items, i was disappointed that some items had crushed boxes etc. you can decline items but the guy who brought my crates was nowhere to be seen and i gave up trying to find him and assumed the items were probably fine inside ( they weren't!)
on arriving home and storing my shopping i realized the meat i had was short dated ( BB next day)
some of my vegetables were already going.
i could return the items i was not happy with, but i dont have time instead i will write off the £30ish worth of shopping that was not edible and never go to asda again.
i hope reading this you will be more careful than i was as this store either has extremely poor staff that do not care or, more worrying, asda has a policy of pushing damaged/short dated items out to delivery/collection.

Absolute joke. Waited two hours for delivery! The Uber driver got to the shop very late, and even then this shop still hadn?t had the order packed. Only 6 things! Just for me to find out that they don?t have one of the items 45 mins after I ordered! It?s ridiculous

This review is for the cafe and toilets.
We called in for a coffee 11am 15/
The cafe seating is held together with gaffa tape .the floors were disgustingly dirty .every table was dirty. how can this be hygienic. I wouldn't give them a 1 for a food hygiene rating .
and there was only 2 customers sat down it wasnt even busy.and a member off staff sat down not cafe staff. I voiced my disgust loudly so the staff heard and left .decided to go toilet on way out .....omg ..how is this place even trading .I will never shop at this store again .and I have weekly home delivery

For people that make pizza all day every day they have 0 idea how to make pizza and its baffling, to not know what burned looks like and the amount of times they have burned it the staff here are either lazy or useless

They only sell frozen and tin stuff ervy time I go in there no fresh stuff like they retards or somet need to put under new management or closed down permit as most tin stuff is mouldy the milk says its in date but it's well out of date by smell I buy 5 pack of biscuits only get 3 init like this is the mostly trampiest and most disgusting Asda in the UK FACT
