I'm actually reviewing the Cooking Class experience, not the restaurant itself. We had an absolutely brilliant time. We booked in for a 2 hour class and it was just the two of us. The chef demonstrated everything and then we had a go ourselves. His English wasn't fantastic (although considerably better than my Indian ?) but there was someone else there to talk us through it all. We made onion bhajis, chicken Rogan Josh, pilau rice and garlic and coriander naans - enough to feed at least 4 people. We were really well looked after, made to feel really welcome and had a lot of fun. I was a little concerned before I went about how they would deal with hygiene. I needn't have worried - they were absolutely on top of it throughout! They supplied us with aprons and chefs hats, notebook and pens and we could keep all of those at the end of the session. We even got a certificate for completing the class. It gave us the confidence, some knowledge and the desire to have many more attempts at making Indian food from scratch. We even got to take all of our food home to feed us and the rest of the family. All in all, I can't recommend it highly enough - we had a fantastic time and felt it was great value for money. If you like Indian food and fancy a go at learning to make it or if you just fancy a really fun time with a friend - book a class!
Parking: The sister restaurant in Egerton also offers the cooking class!

Seems as though the curries are made with the same sauce, blended together to create a mousse. Starters are OK but I'd go elsewhere for your curries. Caters to the Western palette of "bland and indistinct".

We have eaten here many times and every time it has been amazing but last night the atmosphere the service and the food were another level would recommend this restaurant to anybody. And the new decor is so stunning just adds to what?s already a really lovely place to eat

Curry flavours are lacking in character, and are looking a bit homogeneous too.

We were three, and went around 8pm ordered kabab and papadons for starter (papadons are not free) 2 lamb karahis, 1 checken masala (dry) 3 Nans, 1 low sugar plain lassi, mango lassi and 2 cokes. total £68. 3pieses of chicken masala ONLY, The plain lassi had what it taste like cardemum (or simply expired). The Karahi was not a karahi, yogurt or cream was added, Nan is small thin and oily. Any way, I got dharia and vomiting since 6am. Service was slow and the atmosphere was ok. For the quality and taste of food (one star there is not zero) the food is pricy.
Parking: Very strange arrangement of parking

Could not find a fault here. The best Indian food I've ever had! We went for a birthday meal after not being in for ages, and I was amazed at how much the food and atmosphere have improved?if that was even possible. The naan bread was as light and delicious as ever, and you can actually watch them make it by hand at your table. My fish curry was packed with flavor and absolutely delicious, and every one of us commented on how nice their own meals were. We had eaten at a much more expensive Indian restaurant in Manchester the previous week, but this meal was even better. I'll definitely be back!

Had an amazing dining experience at spice vally Horwich The food was exceptional?every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the dessert, each bite was better than the last. The service was top-notch, with special mention to Vic, the manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. His attention to detail and friendly, professional manner really made our experience memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and outstanding service

Went to Spice Valley for a midweek tea as a group of 3. Never been before so was excited to try. Starters were okay. But all 3 curry?s were extremely poor. Tasteless, bland no spice. More taste in a Sharwoods jar at home! Chips aren?t great. And 1 small scoop of ice cream to finish it off. Won?t be retuning.

We recently dined at this restaurant with a group of 16 and it was an excellent experience .The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of dishes that satisfied everyone's tastes. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure our large group was well taken care of throughout the meal. Despite the size of our group, the service was fast .Highly recommend this spot for large groups looking for great food and top-notch service!

We were a group of 12 from London travelling to that area during the festive season & got to know about this restaurant as a recommendation. 100% top notch restaurant. The food was exquisite, the service was warm, friendly & the atmosphere was buzzing! There is a reason why this place was packed by people travelling from a bit & the locals! Sanjeev, the owner, is always present & ensuring you have a brilliant time at his place. Best wishes & carry it on.
