Over the years i'v been to this shop many times and the staff have allways been nice. There very helpfull with advice on what to buy weather it be an upgrade or a full PC build. Thank you Gavin for your help on my last visit. Ill be back again. Been back again today for another full pc march 24.

I just wanted a mid range all AMD pc and scans did a fantastic job building it for me, looks clean.Very good for people like me who don?t have the time to build a pc because of busy schedule.

Absolutely amazing.I ordered a pre-built PC from Amazon (from Scan PC) and as soon as the build arrived, I could tell that it was built with care and passion. My build has a 4090 and i9 12900 in, it's an absolute machine.A few months into using it, I experienced issues with the GPU causing system crashes. I'm pretty good at troubleshooting software/hardware faults, and figured it was a hardware fault. I was upset that the GPU was failing so early on. Of course, not Scan's fault, these things happen, it's just bad luck.I raised a ticket and spoke to a support representative who was extremely knowledgeable, we went through troubleshooting steps etc. and ultimately, I had to send the PC off for repair. The PC/GPU was covered under warrenty, Scan sent me a new box and safe packing for the PC, and organised the entire send-off with DPD. When the PC arrived, I was kept up to date through the entire troubleshooting process with daily updates, pictures of my PC in their safe hands etc.I have my PC back and it's performing like a beast once again. Thank you so much Scan! Extremely professional company with fantastic customer support, who truely have a passion for what they do.

Bought a SFF case but the GPU riser was missing - not Scan's fault, Coolermaster must have forgotten to include it. Can't fault Scan who resolved the issue satisfactorily.

I haven't visited the Scan plant, but as a remote customer (in London) the Service, Comms, and Delivery processes were faultless. In short the entire buyer experience exceeded my expectations. The 5 ? rating is well deserved.

Had to RMA my GPU after 4 months (not scans fault) I sent on the Monday and they received, tested and sent me a replacement which I received on the Thursday. I was very pleased with the service

Really incredible service from Scan, I bought a 3XS system from them coming up to 3 years ago. It was an excellent top of the line Gaming PC however at the turn of the new year one of my case fan's started to die from what I think was a bearing failure.I'm apprehensive about performing hardware repairs myself so I arranged to get it repaired using the warranty. Scan sent me packaging including anti static bubble wrap and padding to keep the PC secure during transport.Unfortunately DPD had a logistics error that delayed my PC being delivered to Scan for a week when it should have been next day delivery but I don't blame Scan for that.Once with Scan I was kept informed with a daily email from both the automated tracking system and the engineer who was assigned to fix my PC.Not only do Scan fix the initial problem but they also do a 'MOT' of your entire system including a suite of burn in and performance tests of all components along with a quality control process that ensures you have all the latest drivers, OS etc.It was during this burn in test that they discovered my GPU was not performing correctly. Shortly after being alerted of this in their email I was quickly called by their customer service. To my delight I was informed that not only would I get a replacement but the replacement would be a next gen upgrade covered by the warranty as my current GPU was not manufactured anymore.Obviously I agreed to the replacement! :)Once another thorough test was run and quality control was approved I was phoned to arrange payment for the transportation and when I was emailed that it had been dispatched back to me it arrived the next morning!I can't recommend Scan enough, a rare case of professionalism and emphasis on customer care that simply can not be taken for granted and they have earned my loyalty as a customer for all things PC and hardware related.Special thanks to David and Ryan from customer service (along with some others) who were always responsive to my questions and Will who fixed and tested my PC and sent me daily updates.
