If I could give zero stars I would,l. The way I have just been spoken to is absolutely disgusting! Working in a professional environment and talking to people in that manner is disgusting. I rang YESTERDAY after the prescription was sent TUESDAY to be told the script wouldn't be ready until two days later, I explained the situation and that I needed a certain medication - which is vital for the patient that it's taken to prevent more issues, collected the prescription and item was missing I've rang to chase this and told it's not available! Absolutely ridiculous, I work in the profession myself and know it is available, do not tell lies or speak to people in that manner, I will also be reporting this higher!

My previous pharmacy never had all my prescription and I usually had to go back or wait ages for it.
So I changed to Heatons a couple months ago and I am so pleased I did. I get friendly excellent service, they are prompt with my prescriptions and they even text me to say it?s ready. Really impressed with this pharmacy ?

The lady at this pharmacy saved me 2 days post op tonsillectomy! After waking up feeling extremely nauseas but knowing I needed to get food into my system due to the pain meds, I sent a friend to the pharmacy for me as there was no way I could go anywhere myself, not to mention I had been advised by the hospital to have minimal contact with people due to risk of infection. Kildonan offered no help so my friend went over the road to Heatons. A reflux tablet suggested by the pharmacist and 45 minutes later I was a new person! Thank you!

Mez and all the team are amazing. Polite, helpful & compassionate. Even if I moved out of area I would still use this chemist. Nothing is too much trouble.

Outstanding service from Susan at 228 Chorley New Road Rowlands Pharmacy. She and Pharmacist Salim are the most compassionate and helpful pharmacy staff I have ever had the joy of dealing with. I travel 45 minutes now just so I can go to this pharmacy! Thank you Susan!

I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy, I had completely ran out of my essential medication, the pharmacists refused to offer any help as it was approaching 6pm when they close, she basically kicked me out of the shop, she could have offered me an emergency supply of 1 or 2 tablets (this has happened previously) but decided to dig her heals in and said I had to leave. This was an extremely stressful situation. I wrote an email to complain but never received a reply. I went across the road to Kildonan pharmacy who are open late, they sorted the situation

I wanted to say a big thankyou to your friendly driver who delivers my Nan's medication. I answered the door today and he was very friendly and knows that nan always puts her light on so he knows she's going to answer her door. Nan has been a customer for 36 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Well done keep up the good work.

Didn't think you could get ruder than the woman who shouts across what's your address then proceeds to yell your prescription details until the man came out saying basically your an inconvenience and go to a pharmacy nearer your home .The shelves are empty and it's a scruffy mess !
