The groom room girls are amazing ! I?ve been bringing Dexter (Dachshund) here for a full groom around every 5 weeks since he was a puppy and he?s 5 now ! They are all amazing with him and put him at ease . Lorraine is always helpful and professional . He comes away smelling gorgeous and he?s always happy !
I wouldn?t take him anywhere else

Great all in one shop for pets! We love the range of high quality foods, supplements and treats and it's the best place to go for hard wearing toys that are actually good quality. Lovely staff, enough parking and lots of other shops around it.

What can I say we had taken our dog to different groomers but he been treated badly as a puppy by a person .To have his claws trimmed was a major job.He would try to bite the groomer spoke to manager who was brilliant told to bring him in the following day job sorted fantastic customer service.Groomer great.

I came in today with my boyfriend to get some fish supplies and some more corydoras for my tank. The girl who helped me with the fish was also a huge cory lover so we had a great chat about fishkeeping. I?m really sad I didn?t get her name because I?d love to be able to give her a shout out!

Amazing customer service and pet care received by Dawn from Pets at Home in Horwich.
I went in to purchase a new small animal water bottle for my Guinea Pigs set up.
There were 2 gorgeous Guinea Pigs in their adoption centre that needed a forever home.
Dawn gave me all the information I needed, I was thankful for their backstory and care needs. I took into consideration the other Guinea pigs I already had for the bonding process.
I felt Dawn took her time to answer all my questions and made sure that the Guinea pigs I wanted to adopt went to a loving home.
She asked questions about my set up and made sure I had arrangements for if they didn?t bond with my other Guinea pigs.
Thank you to Dawn for everything you?ve done and the service and care. Our Guinea pigs are all settled together and bonding process has now begun.
